    '82 GS750T--I want 4 into 2 exhaust for it.

I just bought a 1982 GS750T 3 days ago, not running, for $400. Has only 14K on it. It has 4 into 1 exhaust on it. I want to change to a 4 into 2 system. Duz any other model's exhaust system interchange with my bike? Saw a GS850 with what I want on it as stock. (I want it to look the same from both sides) You know..... symmetrical! Any ideas boys? BTW, I'm a cheap ol' bastard and I build on a tight budget. I'll attach a pic of the GS750 I just bought.

Here's my most recent 'Budget' build...

A 1981 Yamaha XS650 Special. I do all the work including painting. Total cost, including the bike was $1300. Not too shabby eh? Sold it for $2800.

I remember reading HERE that the GS850 engine is a bored out GS750 engine...

If this is the case then the spacing at the headers will be the same.
