its not the coils as 1-3 and 2-4 is the arrangment for sparking
outer plusgs are tan
so what did I screw up?
its decent at low rpm so I assume the idle circuit is OK
I turned that back a half turn on all with no discernible change
so I am sitting and contemplating a foray into the carb rebuild
but its insane the two inboard cylinders only?
esp on carbs that share floats and and everything really but for main jets and needle jets
hell they share diaphraghms too so that aint it
compression? I adjusted the valves but they were Ok I know they were
unless the damned airbox boots are covering the air jets
they seem to like doing htat on this bike
but I assume that would mean less vacuum across the jets and less fuel not more.
unless the inboard jets vibrated loose. I have a dreadful fear of stripping out carb parts but then I would have been as prissy with the outers as the inners.
maybe ill just drop a quart of naptha in and drive the **** out of it.
