will flatslides off a bandit fit my 1229 efe with no problem?

before i pull the trigger and buy these will a set of 38mm flatslides off a 1200 bandit fit my 1150/1229 ? i know i have to switch to a push-pull throttle too.
seller bought these new from sudco a year ago. can get them with k&n's for $400.00

It might be hard to see the throttle assembly I'm using. It has the kill switch, starter switch, and a headlight switch that has positions for off,low, and high beam all on the assembly. Mine came from Yosh years ago. If you can find one it's a really nice way to go.
