    Replacement carb pulley spring?

I have decided that the spring that goes from the throttle pulley down to the carb body is too stretched and weak. This is causing the throttle get stuck open.

    Where can I find another?

...and the type and year of bike is???

Lots of GS'ers have spare parts. I suggest posting in the parts wanted forum.

That one is toast !! You can get a spring at the hardware store that will work, cut to length..

yeah...I had noticed before how it was, but I thought "That's too simple to be the problem..."

And moved on to other things...ug!

Is there a certain pound spring I need? Like a resistance rating?

That spring seems to be still available from Suzuki.

            Part# 13573-45010
            Desc THRO RETURN SPR

I'd get the proper spring, either used or new.

You order part #13573-45010 from any of the online OEM parts houses or your local dealer.

If you have a lawnmower, order from a lawnmower parts house.

If you have a Suzuki, order from a Suzuki parts house.

I searched the SKU online and found nothing...I thought that would do it.

So...I found an OEM suzuki place that has it. Har har I feel dumb.

The lawnmower place also does motorcycle parts lol.
