popping noise from carbs?

    popping noise from carbs?

    i havent ran my bike in a few days and when i was riding today for the first time after about an hour or so the popping noises which usually only happen when cold continued to "pop" as i was riding... the slight popping air noise IS comming from the carbs.. is this normal?

    Valve adjustment? Hope you didn't burn a valve. Worst case
    Could be the carbs need gone through
    Timing jumped a tooth?
