    84-86 GS700/E/ES Carb Questions

    yes i'm asking a question(s).
    are these 32mm mikuni's?
are these natural color(silver) with black plastic tops?
do these have black round vacuum slides?
any other noticeable features to tell these from other model carbs?
i am trying to help someone identify his carbs so he can order a st. 3 jet kit.
the bore spacing is correct for a large GS air cooled engine.
these are not on a GS700.. hence the above questions.
picture(s) would be great as i just had these in my hands a couple hours ago.
    THANK YOU!!

BS32SS indeed. Black plastic caps. Round slides. Dunno for sure but it think the port spacing may be slightly different than earlier 750. They are the same as the 83 up 750 carbs minus jets I think.

Terry, I used to have a 700 & those are the carbs you have. The 700 has the same spacing as the 1100/1150 & air cooled GSXRs. I know because I put a set of 86 GSXR 1100 carbs on mine back in 86. You may also have the 83 750 carbs but same thing. Get the guy a FactoryPro kit over a Dynojet! Ray.

I like the needle designs from Factory better. Less glitches anywhere & easy to tune. Yes also on the black slides on the 700 carbs. Sorry for the late appearance but I just got off work. Ray.
