Sticky Needle

During the resurrection of my 550 I correctly cleaned the carbs and replaced all the o-rings. I have put several hundred miles on it so far with virtually no problems. Now I am having trouble with the float needle sticking on carb #1. First time it happened I could hear it was on the left side so I reached down and tapped the bowl with my knife. It cleared right up and I rode on. I pulled it apart today and it was spotless inside, I blasted it with cleaner anyway. Test ride and it happened again. I pulled over and pulled the drain screw, a small amount of fuel trickled out. Tap on the carb and good flow. I guess I need a new needle and seat. Where should I get this at? It's a1980 GS550L.
