Fuel leak from sender?

Today, 08:08 PM brewmister same thing happened with my 82 750e thought it was the gasket but later found out it was actually leaking from around the white plastic where the one wire is attachted on the outside of the sending unit.

Brewmister what did you use to seal it? I have a leak in the same area and tried Hylomar and it held for a month or so but started to drip very slowly. I have some Yamabond type sealer I am going to try next.
