By the way, what was your incentive to use PineSol to clean the carbs? I don't remember ever seeing that anyone had ever tried it,
let alone been successful with it. Most of us (in the USA) use Berryman's Carb Cleaner Dip.
It does not cost that much more than the same amount of PineSol, and is known to do the job correctly. :

That's why I put that "(in the USA)" qualifier in there.

Don't know if the Yamaha carb cleaner is available where you live, but I hear that's a good alternative.

Ok finally got the pilot jet in and it runs good now. Forgot to replace intake o rings so just got those ordered and will install them as soon as I get them. next is to sync the carb which I don't know how to do. Any help would be great. Thanks all for the help.
