Fuel Fittings, 1978 GS750E

Hi guys, does anybody out there know where to get fuel fittings (between 1 and 2, straight, 2 and 3, T, and 3 and 4, straight) for my 78 750? Any help, ideas will be greatly appreciated.

The rubber on my t-fitting was shot, so I there are currently some fuel safe o-rings w/ fuel safe gasket sealer on there.
