Best AIR pods that aren't K&N

I've heard that something called ERGO's are terribad, but are there anything else out there? The K&N's are ridiculous in price. Since I'm going through my carbs, I want to tune them to whatever pods I decide to go with.

    On it now for reference:

Ape sells some that are reputed to be decent, and much cheaper than real K&N's

Thanks guys, I like the way those look too.

Anyone know if that is $60 a piece? That's not much cheaper, lol. I just called them and got no answer.

I pretty sure that price is for the set.

How does your bike run with the UNI's on it now?

            All 4 for $60?!

Well, considering whomever the PO was, was a ghetto hillbilly, it's never ran correctly because the carbs are jacked up. I'll let you know though, after I fix the carbs.

I just sent them an email. We'll see when/if they respond.

I ordered these K&Ns from here.

Paid $106 plus $4 handling, free shipping. A few days later I got an email from them saying if I left a review they would give me back $5. They shipped them very fast, had them within 3 days.

That is for a set of four. I just ordered a set on Friday, should be here in the next couple days.

I think they ended up being ~$70 shipped, a far better price than K&Ns which I dont trust at all.

Uni's are ok... not as good as K&N's for power but probably filter better. Adjust your jetting accordingly.

I've trusted the same set for 25 years and probably 60,000 miles. Bike runs stronger than ever.

K&N's are freeflow because they don't filter very well. Some people don't care, and Billy's post might lead one to believe they filter good enough. I'm not sure about the good enough part but just saying there is no such thing as a free lunch.
