1979 gs1000 exhaust.

Would a kerker 4-1 exhaust for a 1979 gs1000 fit on my 1980 gs750? Thinking about hitting up this guy to try and buy his exhaust but not sure if it will fit my bike. http://kansascity.craigslist.org/mcy/2410987619.html

Kodiak, that bike is BEAUTIFUL!!!!
The rear mount on the '79 is different. You could probably make it work though.

I have a 1981 gs750e and the header from my 1978 gs1000 parts bike fit perfectly. Not sure what brand of header it is though. Hope this helps.
