Do my plugs look okay?

Hey guys just wondering if i could get an opinion on if my plugs look okay i have attached a pic of 1 all 4 look the same, just wanna make sure im not running to lean. Bike is an 81 GS650 and seems to run fine to me just being on the safe side. If more pics need will post thanks

Definitely not lean. If anything, a bit rich. But as long as it runs good and dont foul plugs go with it.
Better to be on the rich side than the other way around.
