Any ideas on how to get them to swell again to normal size so that they'll stay put?

shrunken pilot jet plugs after carb rebuildmy pilot jet plugs on the BS34SS carbs on the 1100G have shrunk up during the course of the time its taken me to complete the carb rebuild. When I install the pilot jet plugs back into the hole they won't stay seated due to shrinkage.

Either get new ones or just put them back in.

The bowl has a projection that will hold the plugs in place, but new plugs are cheap.

Or soak em in gas, then put them back in. They'll swell back up a little. Get all swolled and stuff.
