Yup, You'll have to rejet. One of the most pain free methods is to get a Dynojet Kit and save yourself the heartache of trying to find the right main jet, and dealing with needle transition.

 Hi,

When jetting for pods and pipe, you can certainly replace all the necessary components (main jet, pilot jet, air jet, etc) with cheaper OEM parts. The trick with the Dynojet kit is the specially tapered and adjustable jet needles. These are necessary for smooth mid-range operation and transitions. The kit takes away most of the guesswork and hassle. That's why it's a pretty good deal.

For parts, go back and read your "mega-welcome" for an extensive list of our favorite vendors. Or just click the READ ME link on my little website. Shop around a little to find the best deal on price and shipping cost.

 Thank you for your indulgence,

 BassCliff

Last time I looked, the main jet is pretty much in the center of the carb.Originally posted by moparguy View Postif i run aftermarket exaust an pod filters, do i just change out the main jet?..or the one in the center of the carb

Which one are you calling the main?

Your stock mains should be #115.
