82 gs550 runs good then dies wont start

i have a 82 gs550 that was wrecked in the front forks i replaced them and took the bike to a local bike shop to get the carbs cleaned and get it running smoothly. In two days the called and said they got her going so when i got there the next day i walked in and they hit the ignition and boom she started right up and idled like a dream. i brought her home and started saving for some tires that werent weather cracked. during those few weekes i would take my buddies down and rev the bike with pride no problems then....... two days later i goto the shop start her up and take her a couple miles down the road and it died but started up but with help of constant throttle! I managed to make it back to my driveway and started up the hill , upon incline she died about six feet into the hill. i rolled back down and she started back up but still died when i started up the hill again! any ideas thanks

Clean the carburetors. Do it your self this time so it is done right.
