(1) Im rebuilding my carbs. Does not look like they have been messed with before. Had no issues except for one broken Bleeder (Pilot Jet) on my #2 carb. Pic below. The little part of the shaft with the holes in it broke off and I had to dig it out. Is this an issue as far as performance? Do I HAVE to buy another one or will it be fine. I can see through the port all the way through, and it seems like it may not be a huge deal, but just checking.

(2) The picture at this link (http://members.dslextreme.com/users/...rb_rebuild.pdf) shows little plastic washers, a spring, and a gasket when disassembling the slide assembly. None of mine had any of that, just the jet needle with a C clip and the arm part had no gasket under it. Just a small difference in how the carbs were made? Just checking. It ran without all that and like I said I dont think the carbs were rebuilt so it seems stock. Pic of mine below to compare to the image in the link...
