Will the Heiden Jet Kit work on a GS450L?

Will this kit work to rejet my 81 GS450L to run with pods and new universal Emgo reverse cone mufflers? It says it will work with Mikuni BS34 CV carbs which is what comes on the GS450s. Has this been tried by anyone?

    Thanks for your help!

I've looked at dynojet but they don't seem to offer a kit for the 81 GS450...

Hey mate, I've been eyeing that off for a while now but not high on my list of priorities yet.

It appears to be right, but reviews indicate the needles are longer than the stock XS650 needles, so I'm not sure how that compares to the Suzuki ones. Maybe ask them to measure the needles?

Apparently they're designed for the UK market which would be good for me but not sure about the US ones... I think the big difference is adjustable needles.

Dynojet has a UK kit E3305 but I can't find it anywhere except Norway or the Netherlands or somewhere like that for a lot of Euros...

        Thanks Pete!

I'll look into the kit and report back. So in your opinion, what is the best current option for rejetting the 1980-1982 gs450? Should I order the stock jets from Suzuki and just get
a few sizes larger than stock?

          Cool.

So far I've just got larger genuine Mikuni main jets in mine. I wouldn't go to Suzuki, the Mikuni's can be had fairly inexpensively over there I believe.

Pilots are VM22/210 (these have holes down the side, stock don't), mains are N102/221 Small Round.
