    Gas Cap

My gas cap keeps leaking when full, is there anything to stop this or just get a new cap?

Don't fill it all the way to the top if it's going to sit. Gasoline expands greatly when it warms up. It has to come out somewhere.

On the other hand, if the gasket is shot, you need to fix it. Is this some type of motorcycle?

Is the rubber gasket underneath still intact?

gasket is all cracked up just checked. Can I get a new gasket from the dealer? I dont want to ruin the fresh paint.

You can try, if you can't check on ebay--I saw one for like 6 dollars.

            Still no answer.

Perhaps it is on a lawnmower?
