    Petcock

I have my son-in-laws 82 GS750T in my garage needing some work done. One thing is a new fuel petcock as his constantly leaks on the "ON" Position. I puchased a new one but have a question. What does the line on the backside of the diaphram go to? Is it just a breather or does it go to vacuum?

It goes to vacuum, the nipple on top of the #2 carburetor. When there is vacuum, fuel flows. When there is no vacuum, fuel stops flowing.
