Carb Vacuum line questions
So i was Given a 1980 GS1000g a couple of years ago and just started getting working on it this weekend I installed a MAC 4 into 1 exhaust, a Dynojet stage 3 jet kit, and a EBC street racing clutch. the bike has a cheap set of pods on it. the problem is the two vacuum lines that help the slides arent attached to anything. i was wondering where they attach in a stock setup and how you guys are running these lines to pods or stacks or such any help will be greatly appreciated. i am itching to ride again....Tags: None -

I've got an 80' 1000G but I've only got one vacuum line on the carbs, the one that goes to the petcock, the other two are vent lines....as far as I know. I've just left mine open, bike runs great. -

I do believe what your talking about are overflow lines, usually not attached to anything on one end.
