I have 1 emusion tube that has burgered threads from apparent previous rebuild. what size tap do I need to run the threds for main jet???

 That is 5mm with a pitch size of .7
 
 Depending on the cost/availability of the tap, it may be cheaper just to replace the emulsion tube.
 
 Where are you located? I may have a spare in my parts bin.
