I was wondering if anyone knew if lowering the rear of the bike would create any oil delivery problems. And with that said is it a bad idea to use a solid bar in place of the shocks? (motor mount problems)

lowering the rear of the bike will not cause any oil problems, although replacing shocks with a solid bar if you are riding the bike on the roads could cause severe problems with your spine,and probably your sex life!1978 GS1085.
