Ok folks my bike is popping when it is warming up and is running lean across the board. I just rejetted the carbs and I still have the issue. Next step is a valve adjustment right?

A valve adjustment should have been your first item.
Why did you rejet the carbs? Have you modified the intake and/or exhaust? How did you modify the jetting? Did you use a jet kit? Or did you just replace the mains?
Did you perform all carb related adjustments - carb sync, idle mixture screw adjustments - when the engine was fully up to operating temperature?
