Soda blasted carbs, need final finish suggestions

While vapour blasting is the best way to go, however it cost way more than soda, and until someone shows me exactly how much damage is caused soda is still the route I'm going

ah ok I thought it was like ?60-80 for a set of carbs, not sure what it would be with soda to be honest but as you know I bought a soda pot so its almost for free, but it is a concern if I will be causing excess damage to parts?

i have never used, or had any parts soda blasted so i do not know
