    Sounds to me like somehow the low tension side of the ignition is still getting current even with the kill switch and the ign key cuts the supply and triggers a spark. Are you on points?
    Duh! Just seen you're electronic. I still reckon that a spark is being triggered.

        Thanks so much for all the answers, First to Mrbill5491 Yes I watched everything the mech did its the way to learn! Second,JTGS850 and Tom, Number 1 is spot on,same with you Tom.now HABSDOC I must have misunderstood the instructions but with the new jets and everything it runs 100% better than it did so its not a problem. I hope these make sense to you all, once again thanks.
