    GS550E/VM22SS help please.

    would anyone know if the flange bolt spacing (where they bolt on to the aluminium rack) is the same as the VM26SS carbs?
    also what is the O/D of the head side of the carbs, where they fit into the boots on the head?

    The flange spacing is a lot different Age.
    79 GS1000S
    79 GS1000S (another one)
    80 GSX750
    80 GS550
    80 CB650 cafe racer
    75 PC50 - the one with OHV and pedals...
    75 TS100 - being ridden (suicidally) by my father

        The OD is 31mm, the screw spacing is 52mm.
        Ths on a '79 GS 550.

          ok thanks chuck, dont suppose you know the length of the choke lever shaft as well? (on the 550 carbs)

                The 52mm might not be real accurate. I can get it better if you need it.
