The usual starting point for the mixture screws ( on the top rear of the carb throats ) are 2 out from lightly seated and you fine tune from there.

I'm changing the Main Jets on my 750T...112.5s were in there and I'm installing V&H 4-1 pipes this weekend.

Gonna go with 115s but Z1 sent me these:

I'll let you know how things work out for me if you're interested.

You will not need those pilot jets but you will at least need the 117.5's or 120 main jets. Adjust the fuel screws after the main jet change and report back.

Well, with my pipe and K&N air cleaner, I went from 112.5 to 115.5 and it worked out just fine. Air box lid on as well. I trying to take into consideration when Ed gets home that 120's would make it too rich at that low altitude. Right now Ed is just installing the pipe and keeping his stock air filter. He may go to the K&N air filter at a later date.

I was one who poo-pooed the importance of a good carb sync. Now that I have a Carb-Tune and have done it, it runs SOOOOOO much better.
