i was talking more about the actual text on the gauges...and the measuresments....5, 10, 15, etc. do all the carbs have to read in the normal range or is it more important that the readings are about even, no matter where on the gauge they read. hopefully my question makes sense. maybe i am wording it incorrectly.

since my exhaust has a crossover i'm looking for #1 and #4 just a tick higher than #2 and #3, according to the manual.

it more important that they are close to each other than where on the gauge they read. Mine usually end up reading around the 8 to 10 range on the outer scale.

And note the dampner valves installed just below each gauge.

Maybe it's just me, but it seems to be just a tad slow to return to idle then I'm use to. You may want to fatten up the pilot screws just a tad. Maybe 1/2 turn out and see if that improves the throttle response. Otherwise is sounds sweet.
