    Idle

Have had bike lying up for a while.Started her up and is idling to low less than 1000rpm(I have to turn idle screw up to get it to tick over). After driving for a while 30-40 mins when I let it idle and it idles at about 3500 rpm and I need to adjust the idle screw again and its fine.Any ideas.Conan

About how long was it "lying up"- did you stabilize fuel? Was your idle normal before? Might be running on 3 cylinders till it warms up.

Sounds like you still might have an air leak.
Maybe one the boots got pinched when you replaced them? Did you change the manifold o-rings as well?
I would try spraying something like wd-40 in various spots around the carb connections and listen for rev changes.
