Year, Make and Model would help.
For a GS1100, for instance, the Main jet can range from #110 to #138 (in general).
It all depends on stock vs. aftermarket exhaust, stock airbox vs. individual cab air filter pods (4), and the displacement of the engine and aftermarket pistons.
Still, with a Jet Kit one can dial it in for your specific applications if the original OEM carbs were Mikuni BS-series (32-34-36) for instance a Mikuni BS34SS Constant Velocity

As Joe said, the basic carb body is pretty much the same, but the jetting will be different.

The main air jet is different.
That is the set jet on the filter end of the carb at around 4-5 o'clock.
The sixteen valve is smaller.Comment

Just in case you didn't know, ... that 138 main jet would not be stock.
Also, for reference, that 138 is likely a Dynojet product and is equivalent to a stock Mikuni 130.
I don't think any bikes came from the factory with main jets any larger than 115 in the BS34 carbs.
