Cone engineering- anyone buy from these guys?

Recommended to me on a different site. http://www.coneeng.com basically they sell exhaust components, bends, collectors, etc. Anyone use em? Was it worth it vs an eBay special? Really all I seem to find is MAC for a 4-1 that fits a 650 head.

Seems very pricey. By the time you're done you may have $500 invested just in parts. How are your welding skills? You should be able to find the same components for less. If it were me, and I was determined to do it myself, then I'd go with the 308 stainless steel components. I've built some exhausts over the years but only for turbo charged cars. The exhausts weren't as exposed and much simpler to design so my less then perfect looking welds didn't show up.

Darn, with so many daily riders it's hard to decide which one to jump on next.;)

I buy parts from Cone to build my drag pipes. They are good people.
