    Airbox gasket

So I was oiling my air filter today and...the gasket ripped on the airbox. I'm talking about the soft-foam gasket that the air filter mates with on the airbox.

The short side of the rectangle has just fallen off, and if I install as it is, there's a pretty sizable gap. This doesn't appear to be an orderable part, so am I just meant to fabricate something and glue it on then? Has anyone else had this fun yet?

Weatherstrip foam tape from the hardware store is a reasonable replacement.

Welcome to the forum. Remove it all and replace it with sticky backed weatherstripping foam. You should be able to find something of a similar thickness and carefully cut it makes a good seal. Nessism beat me to the answer while I was getting my coffee.
