Floats stuck after hibernation. Any quick fixes that don't involve taking carbs off?

Haha! Looks like I was getting ahead of myself. tkent had it right, must have been the fuel tees, went back and tried again, no leaks, hooray So now I just need to figure out why the horn doesn't work. It wasn't the switch gear which is now all clean after a painstaking dismantling, that was a game! Six tiny springs all wanting to escape!

Had the same issue with my Katana, today. Not sure where the fuel was coming from, yet. That will be for another day, but I will pick up some Berryman's just in case.
