I have a 78 gs550, I need to replace the throttle cables, there getting very hard to move. And I was wondering if they both were the same length ? OEM parts says there 2 different part numbers and 1 costs more than the other. after markets show 1, a pull cable.. and does anyone know of what other bikes and years are the same ? and another question, I been looking at a dyna-s electronic ignition, does anyone know what years and sizes are the same eg. 77-8? 550-750 ect ?

Parts fiches show that two identical cables are used , but exact one depends on 550 model. Plus remember that bars could have been changed by PO
