GS450 Needle Jet Stuck in Bowl Carb Rebuild

    Hi All,

I've started my first ever carb rebuild on my '82 GS450. It was going well until I got to removing the needle jet. It seems to be really stuck in the float bowl. I've tried using a tweezers to remove it but I don't want to damage it. I also tried soaking in atf / acetone mixture, and screwing in the main jet and tapping. I can't get it to budge. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can see what I mean here: https://youtu.be/JUf_RyZ29P8

    Thanks in advance!

    - I am pretty sure the tube is mechanically pressed into place - the early 80's had some funky carb designs -
SUZUKI , There is no substitute
