Anyway, carbs are clean and I'm beginning re assembly when I noticed a couple of fuel screw tips stuck in the bottom of the carb body. I was able to get one of them out but the other one just won't come out. I can't even tell where it is because of my mild hamfistedness, so my question is , what are the ramifications of not removing the one stubborn tip? Can it be removed by drilling from the opposite direction? What size of drill bit is needed? Should I just look for a used vm26 and replace it ? I will buy the very pointy fuel screws ...probably 3 of them anyway as 3 of them are shorter and duller than the longest, very pointy one.
Looking forward to your responses.....also, if anyone knows where to pick up the pointy fuel screws, that would be helpful. They don't seem to show on the OEM part schematic.
