I know MAC makes a 4 into 1 with turn out mufflers which I don't much care for that is made to fit a 1980 GS1000GL. I could get them and use some Emgo slip on megaphones but I saw that MAC makes a system 003-0609 that is a 4 into 2 with megaphones. It is listed for 81-83 GS750/GS1100 models but why wouldn't it work on an 80 GS1000GL? Cylinder spacing is the same but are the frames different enough where it wouldn't mount? Also, if anyone has a MAC chrome, how is quality? I had a MAC 4 into 2 black "ceramic" and its quality wasn't all that great....
