I have a 1982 gs750t with kircker headers and am looking to put in some fatter jets and am looking for some opinions

What baffle do you have in the muffler?

Yep, makes a difference what your jetting will need to be.

Also need to know if you have the stock airbox or pods.

One quick suggestion that will likely be seen a few times is a Dynojet kit. Stage 1 if you just have the header, Stage 3 if you have pods, too. Buying a Stage 3 kit will also give you the parts for Stage 1. The biggest advantage of the Dynojet kit is the needles, which allow a MUCH better transition throughout the throttle range.

I'm not sure on the baffle this muffler came with the bike and I'm prolly going to change the muffler soon and I know I have the stock airbox

When you decide what muffler you are going to install, we can give you some better answers, but the Dynojet kit is a good starting point.

Things to identify that will help determine jetting:
How loud is the muffler? Is it LOUD or somewhat reasonable? Noise is the result of an open ("competition") exhaust. The open exhaust can flow more air, so larger jets are needed.
To help determine type of baffle, put something LONG and thin up the muffler exit (or remove the muffler). If it only goes a few inches, it might be a quieter "street" baffle. If it goes straight on through, past the collector and up toward the engine, it's probably a "competition" baffle. You can also get an idea by the diameter of the outletl. Larger is usally louder, meaning larger jets in the carbs.

Thanks for posting. I shop at harbour freight too; I noticed the red sitting stool.

I spent alot of time polishing and wiping her down. A Suzi cleans up well.
