1982 GS550M running bad(video link)

I've recently bought a Katana that has been unused since 2001.
At first startup the carbs flooded and the engine wouldn't run properly. I then dissasembled the carbs and did a thorough clean, set the floats to 22mm and tested the diaphragmes. I also changed the spark plugs and checked the intake boots for leaks. Now I can get it to idle fine but when the throttle is engaged it runs bad. I've uploaded a video on youtube so you can see and hear what the problem is.

Sounds like muck in the carbs.

Did you clean them like this?

I did everything but clean the choke

Right now I'm running without airbox/filter

The airbox makes all the difference. You'll have to remove the carbs to put the airbox back in first.

That's just how CV carbs run with no airbox.
