Recently I restore my gas tank now the hose breather from the gas tank on the fuel sender float is leaking. I replaced the seals and still leaks a little by the hose or line. Anyone with any ideas maybe I over tightened the screws that the rubber is pinching ?

So you replaced both the half moon seal on the overflow gizmo and the gasket on tank?

Yes both are replaced but I think I had the screws too tight so it was just a small leak. Use yamabond to give it a better seal now is good. ThksComment
