Choke boots on 1980 gs1000g

My boots on the chokes are hard and dry rotted, does anyone have the current part number for them?

I don't think they're available from Suzuki. A Mikuni stockist might be able to help, but they will probably want to sell you the whole plunger mechanism.

Those boots are intended as dust seals, so expect them to be reasonably rigid. Personally I just soak them in Armorall, polish them dry and re-install them.

The part you need is: CAP, STARTER 13682-31210 - This part doesn't show on many parts fiche but look at the parts fiche for the 1984 GS1150. It is #56 on the carburetor drawing.

Thanks guys, i found one on a carb in a parts been just now at a buddys shop. Only actually "needed" one the res will be fine for now
