PJ1 has a product for fabric filters, but I think it is more expensive than K&N's. I've read of using mixtures of mineral oil and rubbing alcohol(to dilute the oil so it can be atomized) and even tanny fluid. The latter is already red so you can see the coverage. I haven't used the last two, but I didn't see any difference between the PB1 and K&N.Originally posted by peterd123 View PostIs there any alternative oil, than K&N oil for their air filters?
Just don't use spray oil made for foam filters, it's too sticky. I usually use regular 10-40 for those anyway.:cool:GSRick
