My question is , I have a 1985 GS1100G Australian delivered bike that is totally standard , the carb specs state that it should have a5D58 needle but it has 5D59's fitted to all 4 carbs , are these needles richer or leaner . It goes ok but I think abit lean . Did Suzuki lean them off more and more as the years went by to meet emission regulations , thanks Sid

Dunno how much it'll help as the 5D series isn't listed but here's the 5 series selection available: https://www.mikunioz.com/shop/jet-ne...v=6cc98ba2045f

If it helps at all the stock CV's I've loaned for the Kat also have the 5D59 needle in them.1982 GS450E - The Wee Beastie
