    What is This?

What is under the cap the pencil is pointing at? Could damage here created an air leak? Yes I have been a bad (ham-fisted) boy.

I find working on my motorcycle mildly therapeutic when I'm not cursing.

      CAP
      13578-47070

Still available to order from a dealership source.

Don't think a missing cap should cause a vacuum leak. Kawasaki doesn't use them on the same BS CV carbs and they don't leak. And Keihin doesn't even use throttle shaft seals and those don't leak either.
