 I would get the full kit and replace all of them since carbs are off. Pop off a intake manifold and measure the ID of the prongs for those too. Intake stuff is on page 3 of the websiteMY BIKES..1977 GS 750 B, 1978 GS 1000 C (X2)

 1.9mm x 7.8mm should work.
 
 The OD of the O-ring groove is 8.17mm and the ID of the hole in the carb is 11.0mmEd
