Will a GS1100e 16 valve 4 into 1 fit a 82 GS1100GK 8 Valve
Hello I have a naked 1982 GS1100GK that I'm looking to fit a 4 into 1 exhaust onto. Will an exhaust from a GS1100e 16 valve fit ?

Not sure if it will fit or not, but if you EVER hope to make a right-hand turn, you will have to slow down to just about a stop to do it. Those are the "sidewinder" pipes that are intended for drag bikes. "Drag" as in "dragstrip". If you use them on a 'normal' bike, the term "drag" takes on a whole new meaning. -
I'm not sure if it will fit your 8 valve head or not. But that is a nice old school drag pipe. I wish it was more local, I'd buy it!My Motorcycles:
22 Kawasaki Z900 RS (Candy Tone Blue)
22 BMW K1600GT (Probably been to a town near you)
82 1100e Drag Bike (needs race engine)
81 1100e Street Bike (with race engine)
79 1000e (all original)
82 850g (all original)
80 KZ 650F (needs restored)Comment

Yikes, you ain?t just whistlin? Dixie. Even with the bike leaning left on the side stand, the muffler tip looks to be about 2 inches off the pavement.

Thanks everyone. I've found a few videos that seem to confirm it fitting a 78-79 gs1000 a gs1100g and a 83 gs1100gk. The clearance looks to be fine as the bike in the pic I posted was lowered.
