Have you ridden it? Sometimes some easy cruising at 6k rpm in a low gear, then alternate easy and hard pulling from 6 to 9k. Might clean out some cobwebs.

2016 XL883L sigpic Two-tone blue and white. Almost 42 hp! Status: destroyed, now owned by the insurance company. The hole in my memory starts an hour before the accident and ends 24 hours after.

I'll probably get chastised for say'in it, but put in appx. half can of Seafoam... then a 50 mi. brisk round trip someplace. Like somebody else once said, "what have ya got to lose"? Hopefully it just needs a little cobweb cleaning.

        Yup...that's what I would do....
Although if that doesn't work, might be time to pull the carbs....(maybe)

Can't go for a ride yet. Have a recurring vertigo situation that seems to be hanging on longer than the doc expected. Will see him in a couple days and go from there.
