Not sure how many pins the '78' 750 flasher has, but several 2 pin and 3 pin LED flashers for motorcycles on ebay... Hoping it can be that simple.

I have x4 mini LED's turn signal light fixtures on my 77 GS750.

      This flasher solved my issue

I want to thank all you guys that helped me troubleshoot this issue. I pulled out the original signals and they are working now. I guess you were all right about the 10w bulbs. I wish there was some way to warn all the guys thinking about buying these cheap after market signals!

Glad all is working Jeff. Congrats. And has nothing to do with the cheap aftermarket signals, Any signals that use the new LED ( or any) low watt bulb will cause this. Good to hear unfocused found and wired in a flasher that would make the LED's work. Would be great to know if one of the ebay LED flashers for motorcycles may be a plug and play, no wiring required.
