I need a kill switch
Can anyone tell me which wire i should tap into to install a kill switch? I am thinking the orange and white wire that feeds both coils. Am I correct or should it be another? This is a gs850g I just purchased for a kid who practically stripped the biike of every wire on it. Frankly, im surprised it even starts.

I would rather trust my bike to a "QUACK" that KNOWS how to fix it rather than a book worm that THINKS HE KNOWS how to fix it. -
Yes, you can do this. I have a Dyna ignition/coils and my kill switch kills the 12V power to the coils/ignition.Current:

Thank you for your responses. I also have Dyna ignition and coils also on this thing but I'd also like to install a purpose built moto black box. see the image i've attached. Which of the 2 installations would apply for this bike? This would control the kill switch functionYou do not have permission to view this gallery.
